The owners were so friendly and helpful recommended places we should go to always asked us if we needed anything when we go there she said our room was just getting cleaned as the cleaner was on her own which was fair enough men and my wife thought we would buy a drink at the bar and the lady in charge was like that's on us enjoy. Then within 15 minutes our room was ready lovely an clean don't believe all the comments about things being stolen there are large groups of young people that go and i think this is were stuff goes missing between them, the owners are very nice and trusting people go absolutely out of there way to ask if you need anything we even left our balcony open at night and went out with our belongings in the room and nothing went missing we used the pool on the last day was very clean and enjoyable. Our room had complimentary air conditioning which worked very well. Would definitely stay there again

Everything was excellent, the rooms, the pool, the bar, the food and drinks, and suitable for families as well, and the best of all is the hotel team, they are very understanding and very nice, and you can talk to them about everything you want, and cleanliness is very important to us, and we got it from without any complaint. In fact everything was just perfect and we will be back next year for sure.And we will not forget the ideal location of the hotel because in fact you will not get a hotel with all those privileges for this price. Thanks to everyone there it was an unforgettable vacation. I love you all.

Dear Ilios Hotel Resort, I had an very good experience during my stay at your hotel in Malia. The staff was very friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The location was good, right in the heart of the Malia strip, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the proximity to the supermarket was highly convenient for daily needs. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall ambiance of the hotel contributed to a good stay. I commend the Ilios Hotel for its nice service and good location. OMG staff was so nice and helpful, thank you Maria and Anna ❤️. The location is great, close to all grocery stores, entertainment venues, the beach and restaurants. The hotel is by the main street, but you hardly hear any noise from entertainment venues unless you go out on the balcony and listen for it. the pool and area awesome...will book again for next trip.
